Hi, I’m Laura — and together with my husband David, I founded Luthco Ltd, a family-run UK store focused on clean, transparent, and thoughtfully selected products.
Luthco began from a deeply personal place. After losing my dad, I found myself reflecting more on lifestyle, ingredients, and the everyday choices we often overlook. At the same time, I was working as a qualified nurse — a career I dedicated over ten years to.
Both experiences led me to pay closer attention to the products we use daily and the ingredients inside them. Like many people, David and I realised how often everyday products include unnecessary additives, fillers, and artificial ingredients.
As a family, we began making small, intentional changes at home — choosing simpler alternatives with clearer ingredient lists wherever possible.
What started as a personal shift gradually became something more purposeful: a desire to make clearer, more transparent product choices easier to access.
In October 2025, I made the decision to leave nursing and focus on Luthco full-time, with David supporting every step of the journey. Together, we’ve built a store that reflects our shared values — honesty, simplicity, and integrity.
