At Luthco Ltd, we aim to provide fast, reliable delivery throughout the United Kingdom. This policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, delivered, and the costs involved. Please read it carefully before placing an order.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all locations within the United Kingdom, including:

  • England

  • Scotland

  • Wales

  • Northern Ireland

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Delivery Methods & Fees

Standard Delivery

  • £2.60 on orders under £30

  • Free on orders over £30

  • Estimated delivery: 3 - 5 working days

Next Day Delivery

  • £3.99

  • Available for orders placed before 10:00am (Monday–Sunday)

  • Orders placed after 10:00am will be processed the next working day

  • Delivery expected the next working day after dispatch

All delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or busy seasonal periods.

3. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday to Sunday 

  • Please allow 1 working day for processing before dispatch.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

4. Tracking Information

All orders include full tracking.
A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for checking tracking updates and ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel if required.

5. Delivery Issues

Please contact us at info@luthco.co.uk if:

  • your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe

  • tracking shows an issue or failed delivery

  • your order arrives damaged or incorrect

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items

If a product is listed as a pre-order or temporarily out of stock:

  • the estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page

  • your full order will be shipped once all items are available (unless otherwise arranged)

We do not split shipments unless requested and paid for separately.

7. Delivery Restrictions

We cannot deliver to:

  • PO Boxes

  • BFPO addresses

  • Freight-forwarding companies

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, re-delivery charges may apply.
